HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE

This is my first post about my adventures playing with OkCupid.
OkCupid is an free online dating website I ran into early in April. Actually, I had already made an account a few years back but never looked into it. So, after I was convinced by a few of my friends in the dating community, I made a profile and started sending out mass messages on the site.
Realistically I do about 4o messages w/ the same opener. The goal of the first message is to get a response now, you can either choose to make a canned message or organically look the profile and message girl asking about something in the profile.
Online women are looking for qualities like humor, originality, and intrigue. You any of these 3 you see your online successes will improve dramatically.
Since April, I have had little to moderate success. Women in the Tampa Area are genuinely serious about dating and don’t want to waste they’re time with anyone.
I don’t blame them.
Generally, good men are hard to cross everywhere, but in this area are more of endangered species. When it comes to online dating, women are methodical and picky about messages they respond to. You have to make sure that your profile is your strongest attribute. Strong messaging make women curious to check your profile.
Bottom line wack messages = NO LOVE
With that being said…
I created a goal for myself to spend New Years with a quality girl. To add a little flare I ruled out the current women I know to motivate me to meet new girls. And let’s be honest, I live in Saint Petersburg … everyone is connected in one way or another.
Here are my reasons for doing this..
In my heart I’m a hopeless romantic, seriously! I picture myself kissing my girl in the rain like the cover of The Notebook. Feeling the sand between my toes as we walk along the shore of the ocean watching the sunset. Sitting on the grass watching the fireworks flare up in the sky during the 4th of July.
That kind of sappy fantasy..
To make this goal a bit more realistic for me, I have decided to go out alone to different bars/clubs that I’m not familiar with. Nerve racking as it maybe, they’re is a certain excitement that boils up on the inside. I’m confident that I’ll complete this task in time, and if in case it doesn’t happen at least I tried.
Everyone have a Merry Christmas!!
